An important part of the trekking experience is seeing how these people live. While trek, you can observe and learn about day by day activities and a life style which you close to the land and very different from the west.
Although life in the foothills of the Himalaya has been impacted by trekkers you can still observe traditional method of farming, cooking, trades, child rearing, construction and religious activities. The trail are generally well maintained and are actively used by the Nepalese for communication, trades and travel. You will share the trail with many pack animals [burros] and hard working porters who carry heavy load of supplies, much of which is consumed by trekkers.
While trekking you will also see the great diversity of Nepal. Villages embrace many ethnic groups and cultures.
Organized Camping Trek:
We have great deal of experience organizing treks. On camping trek, working together with a group representative we can organize a trek to your location of choice. We take along all the necessary food and camping equipment so we are able to set our own pack camp. Travel through places untouched by mass tourism where is no tea house and local lodge or tourist area such as the Annapurna, Everest or Langtang Area. Porter's mule or Yak carry all camping equipments food and personal baggage. All you have to carry is your small day bag with camera, water bottle tissue toilet paper whatever you think you might need during the day when you reach camp side our staff follow there job and some will fix the tent, the cooks set meals, leader brief you about the day and next day itinerary. The duration and route of the trek will be based on group performance and needs.

Return transportation to the treks starting point from any destination in Nepal by car, van or bus.
Accommodation in tent.
All necessary staff such as experience guides, porters, cooks, kitchen assistance and night guards.
All necessary equipments for trekking in Himalaya including camping gear, kitchen items.
Food, hot drinks and safe drinking water.
Personal clothing, toilets, cameras films are not provided.
Mandatory trekking permits and conservation fees can be arranged for an additional cost.
Tea House Trek:
Tea house treks are similar to organized treks except for the accommodations. On some very popular trekking routes, where there are tea house and small lodges all along the trails. We also offer treks with modern accommodation and a reasonable standard of food. These treks are known as "Tea House Trek" because trekkers stay at the tea houses on the trail. These lodges also provide dining facilities and meals. We let you free to choose food. From the great variety of local menus available tea house trekking is done in the Everest, Langtang and Annapurna regions becomes of the abundance of accommodation. This treks are operated with a leader guides and porters to carry your personal items.
Note : This option is less expensive and more comfortable than the camping option.

Our Licensed and Insured Nepali Guide and Porters:
Hiring a guide or porter from us provides you with much more than a pathfinder. All our guides are known as a trail finder who can simply find a way in Nepal Himalaya. The guides and porters currently on staff with Khampa Trek have all completed the hotel management and tourism-training course with specific preparation in trekking in the Nepali Himalaya. We have taken the preparation of our guides and porters and step further by providing company wide insurance for their safety and well being we have 3 different rade according to these education skills and experience GRADE A, B and C. A excellent, B very good and C good. Two different types of porters skilled and non skilled. Skilled who has enough experience in the Himalaya and trained non-skilled who has les experience and non-trained.As ambassadors of the country our guides can act as interpreters of local culture, languages, religions and rituals things. They are familiar with flora and fauna of the trekking regions as well as the environmental influences and changed occurring in Nepal our guides are trained in CPR both guide and porters are prepared in first aid as well as rescue work within the Himalaya.
